Study with CIRA

Curtin Institute of Radio Astronomy have a number of projects that future students may be interested in pursuing.

PhD Opportunities

There are two types of PhD scholarships; RTP and Strategic Scholarships The only projects that are open to international students are the Strategic and Pre-funded projects.

For domestic students, you may apply for either. If you are unsuccessful applying for a Strategic (deadline 13th August) and/or Pre-funded Scholarships (deadlines vary) you may still apply for a Research Training Program (RTP) scholarship (Radio Astronomy Science or Engineering, deadline 1st September). Note, the RTP scholarships are domestic only this year.
